Where to see if Nova is up

What status.pixelpulsenova.com checks and how often, what an incident post is, and what to do if your own site is down.

status.pixelpulsenova.com shows whether Nova is working right now, and how it has done over the last 30 days.

What is checked

  • Agency site: pixelpulsegroup.com.
  • Nova site: pixelpulsenova.com.
  • Customer accounts: app.pixelpulsenova.com, where you sign in.
  • Publishing and sites: the service that publishes sites and serves them.
  • Site scanner: the free site report.

Each one is checked every 5 minutes from a server at AWS, outside the hosting Nova runs on, so a problem on our side does not hide itself. The page shows the last 30 days for each check.

Incident posts

When something breaks on our side, we post it on the status page: what is affected, what we are doing about it, and when it was fixed. A person writes these, so a post can lag the first failed check by a few minutes.

Your own site is not checked on its own yet

The checks cover the parts every site depends on, not each site one by one. If your site does not load and the status page shows everything working, we do not know about it yet. Tell us.

If your site is down

  1. Open it from another device or network, such as your phone on mobile data, to rule out your own connection.
  2. Look at the status page. If there is an incident, we are already on it.
  3. If there is none, press "Report a problem" in your account, pick a topic and include your site address.

A site that is down because of Nova is worked on the same day you report it, weekends included. See When we answer.

Still stuck?

Contact us with your site address (name.pixelpulsenova.com), what you clicked, and a screenshot if you have one, or press "Report a problem" in your account at app.pixelpulsenova.com. We reply within one business day.
