Password and sign-in

You publish your first site with just your email: we send you a link to confirm it, and that is your account. A password is optional. If you add one when you publish, it is your account password. If you leave it empty, you come back with a sign-in link and can add a password later in Settings & security (Set a password).

Signing in

Go to app.pixelpulsenova.com and use the email you published with, plus the password if you set one (or press "Email me a sign-in link" if you did not). You stay signed in on that browser for 30 days. In the account, My sites lists every site published with that email, with Edit and Manage next to each one. Manage opens the site's page, with its plan and the Upgrade or Billing button. "Report a problem" is under Help & requests.

name.pixelpulsenova.com/login goes to the same place.

Wrong password

If you typed a password and it does not match, the page says so and points at "Email me a sign-in link", the other button on the same screen. Attempts are limited to 10 per network every 10 minutes and 20 per email per hour; past that, the page asks you to wait ten minutes or use the sign-in link.

"Forgot password?"

On the sign-in page, type your email and press "Forgot password?". Firebase, the service that keeps Nova passwords, emails you a link to set a new one. It comes from Firebase, not noreply@pixelpulsegroup.com, so check spam once. At most 3 per address per hour; past that the page still says the link is on its way, but nothing is sent until the hour passes.

"Email me a sign-in link"

The other button on the same page, and the way back in if you published without a password. The link comes from noreply@pixelpulsegroup.com, works for 15 minutes and signs you in once, no password needed. Also 3 per email per hour. If you never published a site with that email, nothing is sent; try the address you typed when you published.

Second site, same email

Publishing another site with an email that already has an account asks for its password, or for a sign-in first (press "Email me a sign-in link" at app.pixelpulsenova.com, then publish again). A different password is refused with the "account already exists" message. An account made without a password cannot change its email, turn on two-step verification or transfer a site until you set a password in Settings & security.
