Orders from your site
A visitor sends an order, you get an email and see it in your account. No payment goes through the site. Statuses, the Pay online link and the limits.
On the Ecommerce Storefront design, a visitor can put products in an order and send it to you from your site. No payment goes through the site: you and the buyer settle it yourselves, by the method the buyer picked.
What the visitor does
- Adds products to the order. The order is kept in their browser until they send it.
- Opens the Order page and leaves their name and a phone number. Email and address are optional, and there is room for a note.
- Picks one of four methods: pick up at the shop, delivery, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
- Sends the order.
What you get
- An email at the address you published with, subject "New order PP-0001 from your website (Your Business)". Each site counts its own orders: PP-0001, PP-0002 and so on.
- The email lists the products, quantities and prices, a subtotal when every price is a plain amount (otherwise it says the total is yours to confirm), the buyer's details, the method and the note. Reply-to is the buyer's email when they left one, so Reply in your mail app goes to them.
- The order in your account at app.pixelpulsenova.com, with its status: new, confirmed, delivered or cancelled. Change the status as the order moves, so the list tells you what is still open.
If the buyer left an email address, they get a confirmation, subject "Order PP-0001 received (Your Business)", with the same list. It tells them the shop will confirm by phone or email and that no payment has been taken. Their reply comes to you. If they left no email, the phone number is the way to reach them.
Check spam the first time. Mail from a new sender often lands there once; mark it "not spam".
The Pay online link
Each product can carry a link you paste in yourself, such as a Stripe Payment Link or a PayPal link. When it is set, the product shows a "Pay online" button that opens your link in a new tab. The buyer pays you on Stripe or PayPal, under your own account and its fees. Nova takes no commission and never sees the money, so it does not know whether a payment went through: check your Stripe or PayPal account, then set the order's status.
What is not included
- Card payment on the site itself. The only online payment is the link you paste, which opens outside your site.
- Refunds and disputes. Those stay between you, the buyer and the payment service they used.
Limits
A site takes up to 60 orders a day, and one order can hold up to 30 different products. A buyer past the daily limit is asked to call or email the shop directly.
