Free dedicated parking in the 18-space lot behind the building, entered from the alley. Street parking out front is free and unmetered. Indoor secure bike racks sit inside the front vestibule.

Four private lockable shower suites with body wash, hair dryers, and complimentary fresh bath towel service. Day lockers are free with digital PIN keypads; permanent kit lockers available for Unlimited members.

Get here 10 minutes early so a coach can put you on a rack. Flat soled training shoes, not running clouds, for anything heavy. Clothes you do not mind getting chalk on. A water bottle. The fountain is on deck.
