Sheet 05 · Parts and fluids

What actually goes on your vehicle

We do not install bottom-dollar white box parts from a discount warehouse. Everything below meets or beats the original manufacturer tolerance.

Approved list

What we keep on the shelf

Six categories, one standard. If a part is not on this list, we tell you what we are substituting and why before it goes on.

Factory ceramic friction compounds chosen for low dust, no rotor gouging and a quiet pedal through a wet winter.

  • High carbon cast iron rotors, pre-bedded
Lubricants and fluids Full synthetic

Synthetic oils in the viscosity and the specification your engine maker calls for, European and Japanese alike.

  • Thermal stability rated for turbo engines
Electrical and cranking Load tested

Absorbent glass mat cells built for stop-start systems, heavy accessory loads and sub-zero mornings.

  • Conductance test and alternator scan included

OE quality filter cartridges

Micro-pleated synthetic media that holds fine soot and metal without starving the pump on a cold start.

  • New O-rings and crush washers every time
Ignition and fuel Laser iridium

Laser welded 0.6mm iridium centre electrodes that hold spark under boost to the end of the maker's service interval.

  • Torque calibrated to factory specification
Chassis and steering Heavy duty

Greasable metal to metal ball joints, forged control arms and hydraulic bushings built for potholes and brine.

  • Laser alignment included with the install
Parts policy
