Every vehicle that goes on a lift gets the digital inspection. You get a link on your phone with high resolution photographs, brake gauge measurements, battery health readings and the technician's own notes, and nothing is ordered until you approve the line.
Technician notes: friction material is down to 2mm, past the safety threshold. The rotor inner face is heat scored and the lip edge is grooved. Ceramic pads plus a rotor turn or replacement will bring stopping distance back.
Technician notes: rear pads read 4.5mm, safe for now, worth another look at the 70k oil service. Brake fluid boiling point tested at 2.5% moisture, which is acceptable through the winter.
