It started on a Saturday rush

This started in a six-bay shop. The owner kept missing promise times on busy Saturdays and the engineer who kept hearing about it got tired of it. Legacy shop software was too heavy to open during a rush, so the two of them built a fast board that only watches active bays.

We do not sell an all-in-one platform

Most shop software tries to be accounting, payroll, inventory, CRM, inspection video and parts ordering at once, inside one sluggish interface nobody on the floor wants to touch.

The board does one thing exactly: it watches active bay work orders, flags a slip the moment it happens, and pages the right technician and the customer before a promise breaks.
