Why the partners stay close to the work

Leverage is the one thing we decided not to build.

Large regional firms run on leverage: a partner signs the returns while junior staff do the arithmetic. When an owner calls with an equipment financing question or a nexus problem, the callback comes later from someone who has not opened the ledger.

We take on new work only when a partner has room to do it properly. That is what makes it possible for a partner to be personally in your numbers, familiar with your ownership agreement, and reachable when a transaction or an audit letter actually lands.
