Campaign open
2026 Monsoon Heritage Seed Expansion Campaign
We are raising money to put drought-tolerant heritage seeds, olla clay irrigation pots and bilingual master gardener mentorship into more South Tucson households.
What the campaign pays for
Tier 1
Mesquite and bean milling rig
A mobile electric hammermill and seed aspirator, so neighbors can process grain and beans at no cost.
Tier 2
Heritage packets and envelopes
Seed envelopes, moisture-barrier storage tins, and bilingual Sonoran planting charts for the 2026 season.
Tier 3
Clay olla irrigation starter pots
Unglazed clay ollas for South Tucson households, which cut how often a garden needs watering.
Tier 4
Second tool share storage locker
A secure weatherproof shed at the community garden holding four broadforks, wheelbarrows, and compost sifters.
