We build websites that hold up.

A small remote team in the US. Most of our work is for businesses that need a real developer but don't want to hire an agency to get one.

Why we exist

The option that's neither

Small businesses keep getting squeezed between agencies that price every project like a Fortune 500 contract and freelancers who vanish once the first invoice clears. We started this to be the option that's neither.

Flat-rate quotes. Code you own. Someone who picks up when the site goes down at 2am. That's the whole pitch.

What we do

What we spend most of our time on

Three engagements where we put in the most hours. Each one flat-rate, scoped before we start.

How we work

Four rules we don't bend on

The defaults that keep the relationship clean from the first quote to the final handoff.

Flat-rate, not hourly

You get a number before we start. If the scope grows, we tell you. We don't bill you in 15-minute increments.

Plain English

We don't hide behind jargon. If we recommend something, we can explain why in one sentence. If we can't, it's probably the wrong recommendation.

Modern stack, boring choices

We use current frameworks (Astro, React, Node) but don't chase novelty. Your site should still work five years from now.

You own everything

Source code, credentials, DNS, accounts. If you ever need to leave, there's nothing locked behind our login.

Want to talk?

Send a rough description of the project. We'll reply within one business day with a flat-rate quote, an honest read on fit, and when we could start.
